Grambling State University launched The Doug Williams Center last fall to advance social progress and racial equity in professional and collegiate sports. True to its purpose, last week the Center announced its partnership with Learfield IMG College, a multi-million dollar college sports industry titan who is revamping its approach to company culture to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The DWC provides ongoing support and guidance to Learfield IMG College as they reset their internal and external culture. As part of their partnership, the Center now presents a 28-day social media campaign highlighting the impact of Black leaders in sports history.
